Returns & Exchanges
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase then unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging (if applicable) and you must have a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to you, notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved your refund will be processed and a credit applied to you. If you have any queries then please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Customers are responsible for return shipping to Soul Sparks. We recommend that you purchase a tracking number and insurance. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit. Shipping costs are non-refundable and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
